How Does It Work?

• Contact me with your list or enquiry.

• Have a budget in mind, or talk to me for help.

• I charge a minimum service fee of R300 or 10% of your spend.

• Please have your item link (URL), or an image/screenshot of what you are looking for, or the name of the store you need an item collected from.

• If you don't have a link (URL) and you want me to find an item, please tell me what are you looking for. (I can do research and travel to collect it for an extra fee).

• I will provide you with a tracking number and updates on parcel arrival , and provide you with an address so you can arrange for your runner to collect your items.

• We will discuss the shipping options (e.g runner) and shopping time frame.

• You (the customer) will pay for your ordered items + any shipping / runner fees . Runner fees are for your own account.

• Items that may need returning, will need to be delivered back to me as quickly as possible in the same condition to guarantee a refund.*Most stores in South Africa do not offer cash refund, but usually issue a voucher.This varies from store to store.

Items that you might need help with include :

• groceries

• personal items

• clothing & accessories

• home decor & furnishings

• gift shopping

• Christmas / Mother's Day / Father's Day / Valentine's Day

• gift delivery to a Johannesburg-based recipient can be arranged upon request.

• images of what is currently in store can be sent to you for a price per hour (e.g H&M kids / women / men , Block & Chisel, Ted Baker, or Boutique Stores)
